Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We felt like home, the place is quiet, easy to find and reach by car, everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, cafes, parks, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The host is primitive and always answered our requirements, we can't wait to come back!

Fantastic space and host! The location is fantastic wand you can walk around easily and it’s very close to the metro! The hosts are very responsive and friendly, offered lots of useful tips of the city!

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city, it has a large terrace where you can be, the only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

Really quiet, we all slept well. 10 mins walk to the centre of Sofia and a good price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Rosina was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clear check in instructions, very spacious and the back yard was great for our big family’s gathering. Would definitely recommend!

I recommend the place. Everything was exactly as described. It's a really great view. Easy communication with the hosts. Easy to find place. There's a pizzeria nearby, Vetrilo, which I recommend.

It was the first time I was a guest in Stilian's unit and I was very pleased! The neighborhood and street are calm, and there is a great green park "St. Nicolas. Metro station "Opalchenska" is located at 6-7 minutes walking distance and from there getting to anywhere in the city is quick and convenient. The building is new and the access to the apartment makes you feel secure and relaxed. It was clean and tidy in the unit and the amenities were accurate to the description. I would love to visit Stilian again on a next trip to Sofia! I recommend!!!

Good location and spacious home near old town area. Parking is about 10 min walk from Airbnb. Host is fast to respond and helpful in finding nearby areas to eat. Did have some minor AC issues but host was willing to swing by and address this. Overall would stay here again

I absolutely loved the apartment and the communication with the host. All instructions were clear, and the entire experience felt just like being at home. The parking spot in the garage was very convenient, and the sense of comfort began right from my first message with Vera and lasted throughout my cozy stay. We had an amazing time staying at the flat in Sofia. The location of the flat is perfect, as it is close to the shops,tram, bus and metro stops.The flat itself is ideal for family, providing ample space and comfort. Great apartment right near Vitosha Boulevard, on a lively street but apartment was extremely peaceful and quiet. Inside was beautiful interior with a standout marble-top dining table, beautiful large bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Highly recommend!

Georgi’s airbnb is a magical space. As I am a fan of style from the Soviet era, the apartment was very fun for me. The turntable was ready for me to play a fantastic LP from mid century Bulgaria. Yet beyond the gorgeous style, the apartment is also incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. And Georgi is a very kind and respectful host. The apartment is located in an older part of the city which has developed a bohemian, hip culture. Many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A fun and safe area. I highly recommend. Thank you!

The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. I needed accommodation at short notice and Martin made it possible for me. Extremely fast and reliable contact. Everything was accurate and fit. Great apartment too, everything you need, even with a beautiful terrace. You definitely can't go wrong with the booking here.

The house was beautiful and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The environment was cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. The neighborhood was quiet and allowed us to rest well after work days. My boyfriend and I were here for work and we had a really good time. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience even more positive.

Good communication. Clean. Requested an extra 50bgn for dog after checkout (even though it says pets allowed) as dog was only with me for a small amount of time and there was no mention of hidden fees I contacted Airbnb and they confirmed that the property have no right to request extra fees from me and I should decline. I did as Airbnb suggested. Given that they were in their right there would be no problem to pay extra, bit given that this was not in their right, please be wary of any hidden fees the company may request, check first with Airbnb. All in all very good communication and very clean. Great location.
