The location is great and we found the parking space, which we also liked to use, to be especially practical – that was an important reason for us to book the accommodation. The apartment is easily accessible and centrally located in Neheim. The pedestrian zone starts about 500 m away. The apartment is perfectly clean, immaculately maintained, has generous space and is very well-equipped.

Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl May Festival, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to go hiking, it is definitely worth staying. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

We were 6 girls and had a super great and relaxed weekend at Eeva! The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and left nothing to be desired. Communication with Eeva went smoothly and nicely. The old town is only about 18 minutes' walk from the accommodation. It's definitely worth a visit! All in all, I'm just recommending it!

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. The presence of personal belongings makes this property feel like "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make up for it. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The area is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. Recommended.

We were now the second time at Marina and it was like the last time a nice and quiet stay. The apartment is very clean, has a great forest location and is nice and quiet. In addition, Marina is super friendly and always quick to reach.

I travel a lot with AIR BNB privately and for business at home and abroad. This was really the most professional place I've ever rented. Everything available, there remained nothing to be desired. Welcome beers, water, modern coffee maker nespresso, everything where you can expect it. DAZN on TV , state-of-the-art equipment, flame newly renovated. Simply 5/5 stars. Even a high-ranking Karen would find something to complain about here. Thank you for everything.

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

A spacious and very well-equipped apartment with a great view of the Biggesee. The very beautiful surroundings invite you to various outdoor activities, and new views of the lake and the landscape can always be discovered. Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. She is very clean and we didn't miss anything for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the opportunities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg has been the reason for our stay, this is great and if the weather thinks it is necessary, you have swimming pools right nearby.
