Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Follow us as we continue to improve the apartment and add new photos! Please note I did not raise fees. Airbnb adjusted my prices to include their 15% service fee.

Matvaruaffär på cykelavstånd. Lägenhet med 1 sovrum, badrum och kök (totalt 32 m2). Egen uteplats med kvällssol. I sovrummet en dubbelsäng (140 cm bred) och i köket en våningssäng med två bäddar (till personer ej längre än 175 cm). Kök med kyl, frys, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn samt spis med induktionshäll och ugn.

Cosy and romantic old fashioned appartment in traditional area just outside the port of Stockholm that has an ambiance of a small town. Private upper floor with two beds twelve minutes with subway from Stockholm Central station. Perfect for a single person, a couple with a small baby. Like being on the country side, but on the same time in the middle of the city.

Detta unika boende ligger mitt i centrala Solna i ett hus byggt 1929 som består av tre lägenheter. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Det är en etta med kokvrå och fint belägen balkong i söderläge mot innergården. Säng om 160 cm och bäddsoffa. Lägenheten ligger centralt men tyst i ett hus med hiss, och bara ett stenkast från SoFos charmiga kvarter. I området finns vackra Vitabergsparken men också några av Stockholms bästa restauranger och charmiga barstråk.
