Cottage by the lake in southern Stockholm

Welcome to the country in the heart of southern Stockholm. High up among the treetops, you will find this fully equipped cabin to spend your stay in. The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with fantastic views of the lake. You'll get free exercise in the hefty staircase leading up. Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

There's plenty of space for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linen and towels).

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

A modern house built in 2022, located in a bright southern location right on the beach, offers the best of Swedish nature only 50 minutes from Stockholm City. Enjoy Järnafjärden's fine swimming and fishing waters from the private jetty, barbecue overlooking the fjord and enjoy the morning coffee on the sunny jetty deck.
