You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

The house has two apartments that share hall and garden, but no one is at home in the second apartment during stay. So you will have the entire place to yourselves.
