The roof terrace on the 7th floor, with chairs and tables, can be used freely by all residents. Washing machine in shower room + bookable laundry room. The paddle court is free and can be booked digitally via the laundry room's booking board. Very beautiful surroundings with the guest harbor and jetties outside the door, which you walk along towards the city center. Scania is next door on the other side.
