The house has both access to the pool and proximity to Lake Mälaren (the nearest swimming area is at about 5 min walking distance). The patio has sun from morning to the evening. Nearby are several excursions such as Drottningholm Palace and Birka. If you want to go to the city (Stockholm), it is about 30 minutes by car or about 1 hour municipal. There is also a commuter boat from Ekerö C. The house has 3 bedrooms with possibility to sleep 2 in each room. There is also an attefallhus on the plot with sleeping for 2 people. 2 parking spaces.

When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Make new memories in this unique and family-friendly space. There is a beach with swimming jetty by the sports field, where you can get by car in 7 minutes. There are several hiking trails on the island and the opportunity to take a boat over to the island of Birka. Cafe Hovgården serves good luches and go'fika. See more on their homepage. Then we have Runstensparken with its flea market stand in walking distance from the house. Adelsö store which is a grocery store is open weekdays at 10am-7pm and weekends at 10-15.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Behind the cabin the paths take you into the blueberry forest and in the fall plenty of mushrooms to be picked. Close to popular Rosenhill, Mälarö golf and Rastaholm sailing habour. Summerparadise with pool

Welcome to our summer paradise close to the picturesque town of Trosa. Our house is comfortable with all the amenities needed for the most relaxing summer holiday with family or friends. The highlight of the house is the pool, it’s heated by a roof that acts as a sort of greenhouse. We have water temperatures around 26-29 Celsius in july/august and slightly below that in early/late summer. Perfect for long days in the water with friends/family/lots of kids.

Välkommen till vår villa som ligger lite lugnt och skönt ute på landet, omgiven av skog och öppna åkrar. Det är perfekt för dig som vill komma bort från stadens brus men ändå ha nära till allt. Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.
