Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Södermalm

Jakob’s apartment was our perfect start in Stockholm. Just arrived we felt very welcome and comfortable. It was even more beautyful than expected. The apartment was clean, stylish and very good equiped. Jakob was a very friendly and reliable host and provided us with helpful recommendations and assistence.

Beautiful home and it is centrally located. Easy access to public transit. Aina was proactive with her communication and responsive. I would stay again if available.

Johan as a host is greaSadly this was one of our worst Airbnb experiences in over 20 years. We arrived early but too late to arrange an earlier meeting with johan so we sat outside at a restaurant with all of our bags for 2 hours, it was cold and a bit rainy. After speaking English outdoors with my husband wearing a small Jewish star on his necklace we just looked like typical tourists waiting around. Johan met as previously arranged and was great but after he left we realized there was no heat. It wasn’t terribly cold but after 2 hours outside we were cold. There were only 2 extra thin blankets. There also is a washer but only if you stay a week. So we wore all of our layers every day and night. There are stores close to buy a space heater or extra warm pajamas but we tolerated 4 days. The worst part was after being there for less than an hour we came home to graffiti obviously aimed at us in English. Every day multiple times a day we were told you are not welcome here.

Bella's apartment is in a great location in Gamala Stan. It was clean and had everything we needed, even a washing machine. The small bathroom wasn't a problem. There was some noise from the bar but that's the trade for being right in the heart of the old town. We would stay here again if we return to Stockholm.

Really lovely apartment - the views are amazing and the photos don’t quite do them justice. Great location and Östermalm has a really nice vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Per’s apartment is compact and perfectly appointed - cosy, and kitted out with everything you need. Truly appreciated the super clear instructions for check in, and the flexibility around check-out (as well as precious recommendations for cardamom buns…). He is such a responsive and helpful host. The flat is the perfect base to explore Sodermalm (and the wider city beyond) - just so convenient, and I loved the view and how private it felt despite being in the middle of everything. An absolutely perfect perch, which felt super homely. Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Cara’s apartment for 7 weeks while working remotely. Cara was a fantastic host -/ super responsive and helped us organize regular cleanings during our stay. The apartment is in a nice part of Östermalm close to both green space and shops, restaurants, etc. and about a block away from the metro. The apartment itself is small but nicely laid out (quite typical for Stockholm apartments) and has a full kitchen, combo washer/dryer, and other appliances and supplies you’d need for a longer stay. One note if you’re staying for a while and planning to cook is that there isn’t a microwave, so reheating is more of a process. Internet is a little slow for remote work, which isn’t really an issue unless you’re doing zoom calls etc.

Appartement extrêmement bien situé, en pleine vieille ville, dans une rue absolument charmante. Tout est accessible à pied. C’est certes un peu bruyant mais aucun problème avec des bouchons d’oreille pour dormir! Merveilleuses niches sur le bord de fenêtre qui permettent d’observer le passage des gens dans la rue animée du dessous. L’appartement lui-même est très accueillant, tout de sobriété scandinave, meublé avec goût et simplicité, aux lits confortables, d’une taille parfaite pour deux-trois personnes. Henrik est super réactif et sympathique, de très bon conseil, et nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à l’arrivée avant l’heure de réception de l’appartement, ce qui était très appréciable. Bref, un endroit parfait pour découvrir Stockholm!

Karl’s home was beautiful! I stayed here with a group of friends during the marathon weekend. The home was spacious, light and decorated perfectly. It was very easy to get into the city, either by bus or cab, and the local shop was only a short walk away. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much Karl

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Vi tillbringade en helg i stugan och hade det fantastiskt trevligt. Stugan var ren, välutrustad och hade allt vi behövde för att känna oss hemma. När vi kom var sängarna bäddade, handdukar framlagda för alla och vi möttes av en fin välkomstgåva i form av hembakat bröd och fika, en omtänksam gest som verkligen uppskattades. Stugan ligger otroligt vackert, med magisk omgivning och en rofylld miljö. Det fanns många fina platser både inne och ute där man kunde slå sig ner och bara njuta. Kommunikation med värden fungerade utmärkt, och det märktes att det var viktigt för hen att vi skulle trivas. Vi kan varmt rekommendera ett besök, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Es una casa molt maca amb un estil vintage, plena de detalls de coleccionisme (decoració , complements etc) i moltes habitacions, cadascuna amb molta personalitat. L'entorn es molt maco i tranquil, al costat del bosc. Inclús va aparèixer una daina i es va seure al jardí del darrera que es preciós. La seva situació es perfecta si també vols conèixer l'entorn d'Estocolm ja que està a 15 minuts en cotxe o transport públic, que és molt a prp de la cada (metro i tren).

Great place to stay with easy access to the bus and Stockholm. Quiet, and plenty of space to spread out. We had four of us and then asked to have some exchange students join us for dinner, Felix graciously allowed our dinner. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it. Will definitely stay again when we return to Stockholm.

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unseres Sohnes in diese schöne Unterkunft und haben uns dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check in klappte hervorragend und alles war genau beschrieben und mit Fotos erklärt. Das Häuschen ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts! Wer nach einem Besuch in der City Ruhe, Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Wir waren nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs- das war kein Problem Dank einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Auch im Garten in Wassernähe kann man es sich richtig gemütlich machen und den tollen Blick genießen. Kajsa und Jesper sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber, mit denen wir einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Stockholm sind , kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus zurück!

This place is a dream, beautiful property and setting. Matthias is a super attentive and responsive host. A bit away from the centre but public transport system easy to access and navigate. Very competitively priced compared to other airbnb options. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Die Wohnung von Maria war toll, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir hätten Maria jederzeit fragen können, wenn etwas gefehlt hätte, da wir stetig Kontakt hatten. Gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

We loved staying in Örjan’s beautiful and spacious apartment. A great neighborhood too! Örjan went above and beyond in communications and recommendations - he even asked how old our kids were and recommended a very cool playground which made for a great start to our trip! There is construction nearby of a subway station but it didn’t bother us.

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Jag är väldigt nöjd med lägenheten, den passade mitt besök i Stockholm perfekt. Eiad var en väldigt bra värd och gav oss instruktioner som var enkla att följa. Parkeringen utanför lägenheten var också väldigt smidigt.

Annas lägenhet har allt du behöver och ligger nära tunnelbanan, i ett lugn område. En underbar liten uteplats mot en innergård där grannar umgås tillsammans - om man vill. Vi hade det jättebra!

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
