The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide if there are more than 4 people. Extra guest house (built in 2016) 15 m2 with a double bed that is divisible. Large sun terraces for those who want to sunbathe. For fishing, a fishing license is required.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way.
