You are only minutes away from El Paso 2 major hwys, I10 and Loop 365 to get you to any side of town. There is multiple retail, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. ​​​​​​​Pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Please ask about pricing with at least 24 hrs prior to arrival as this needs to be arranged ahead of time.

Come relax in our 255 sq. ft. studio. Casita de Phoenix sports an open floor plan with a queen size bed, full bath, kitchen, and private entrance; giving you all the necessities of home. Kitchen space equipped with granite countertops, convection stove top, sink, dishes, mini-fridge, microwave, and a Keurig. In the space you have access to Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning/heating unit, and plenty of storage. Oh and forget the key: Keyless entry so you have less to worry about!

This is a luxuriously designed studio which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ its own entrance. Perfectly situated in a calm safe neighborhood just minutes from I10 and loop 375. ONLY WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one futon sofa, a great kitchenette, and lovely full bathroom and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

Your family will be close to the US Consulate, Airport, IMSS Especialidades Clinica 66, shopping centers, public transportation, and main avenues, as well as international bridges. The area you occupy is totally separate from the rest of the house and you never share common areas with the family, except for the parking lot, bedroom and terrace with private bathroom and a snack area that has a microwave, coffee maker and minibar, as well as some utensils, and air-conditioning.
