I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Such a great, beautiful, and clean hotel. Felt like home! Everything you could need for a long stay. We loved that there was free washer and dryer available. The gym was small, but still usable with great views on the top floor. Location was in the alley close to a very busy street. A little bit noisy, but we slept just fine. Not many good restaurants close by, you'd have to walk at least 10-15 minutes or take a grab/ taxi. But it's still close and convenient. 35 mins from the airport. Great internet connection for remote work and nice big TV for streaming movies and shows.

The indoors was clean and quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably when I was resting. There were convenient facilities such as cafes and marts nearby, so it was convenient. The host always responded quickly and resolved issues quickly. It was a satisfying time, and I plan to visit here again next time.

Definitely worth the price, very close to everything in Hanoi. I didn’t have to travel more than 10mins to get to all the main attractions. Will definitely come back

We loved our stay at Thuy Hoa’s house. It’s close to the lake and coffee shops, but away from the bustle of the Old Quarter. We arrived on the weekend and the street was pedestrian only. Even with weekday traffic, it’s really quiet inside so we slept well. It’s on Book Street, which adds a lovely character to the place. Once you head down the small alley and climb the stairs you notice there is a whole community back there, including the oldest bookshop in Hanoi I believe. There’s a washing machine and outdoor hanging space, and a large TV to watch Netflix or YouTube from a comfy lounge. It was perfect for us, 2 couples. I would certainly recommend Thuy Hoa’s place if you are in Hanoi.

An excellent stay. A brief escape from bustling daily life. I will come back for sure.

The host is so kind! He kept telling us more about Vietnamese money in our check-in confirmation. There were a lot of numbers, so he explained in detail what was confusing. I was so grateful for the restaurant recommendations. I had a really good rest. It was around the lake, and it was eco-friendly, and the sound of frogs sounded beautiful at night, and I'll have to recommend it to my parents next time.

The room is beautiful, the surrounding landscape is so peaceful and private. The owners support our team very enthusiastically

Great location, center of Hanoi. Quite place, just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. I also enjoy train street. The apt has everything I need, will comeback

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment with our two children, 7 and 9. Situated between the train station, the French Quarter and the Old Town, location wise it could not have been better. Whilst outside the city was full of hustle and bustle, the place was a beacon of calm and provided us (mainly the kids!) with a place to switch off. We loved the feel of the apartment, it felt like a home away from home. Could have stayed a month!

I had a great stay at Son's. Really beautiful apartment in a nice chill area away from the madness of the city centre. Son was helpful with any questions I had and gave me some great recommendations for the local area. I'll definitely bear this place in mind the next time I'm in Hanoi. Thanks a lot Son!
