Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

I had an amazing experience staying at the penthouse for my birthday weekend from Friday to Sunday. Everything about the stay was perfect—from the moment I arrived, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the pictures, if not better in person. I truly enjoyed every moment and felt right at home. Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 2 months and had two people working from home and it was very comfortable. The place was clean and spacious, bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you needed, and WiFi was fast. Big tv too. Derek was great too. Would stay here again.

I went for a quick stay in Atlanta. The studio apartment was exactly as described. It was very convenient and easy to get to the Mercedes Benz stadium. Was pretty bummed it rained all weekend so I didn’t get to use the pool and outdoor amenities. Everything was very close by and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful, spotless little apartment in an amazing location. Nicole’s place literally had everything you would possibly need for a short or long stay. She was also super quick to respond to any messages and provided super specific and detailed instructions to access parking and the apartment. The location was wonderful- with so many places within walking distance and it was literally steps away from the Beltline which gave even more options for dining, shopping etc. We will definitely recommend this place 100%

Everything was exactly as described! The apartment was clean and there was a super helpful binder with recommendations and clear directions for everything. Check in was super easy. I would note that you definitely need to bring shampoo as I didn’t think to bring any and there wasn’t some there.

Very helpful with any questions I had and the place was very peaceful. My kids really enjoyed the video games and play area in the basement.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

The grill setup is fantastic, and the game room is always a hit with everyone—it’s a perfect spot to relax and have fun. this may be the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. plenty of room for my whole family and infant grandson. the downstairs basement gave the new parents privacy and allowed the baby to be fussy if he needed to be without distrubing others. the location was quiet in a nice neighborhood but close to our activies in marietta, GA 30 min to the aquarium close to restaurants and grocery stores. we didn't get to try the hot tub but it was there. the kitchen was very nice and well appointed the master shower was over the top. I felt like I need an instruction manual to figure out how the water came from so many locations would definitely stay again particularly if you have 3-4 couples all wanting to stay in same place

Evan is an awesome host. He was proactive in communicating about the information for our stay and checked a few times if we need anything. We were there for a few days for family getaway and this is a great place. A quiet, peaceful and serene neighborhood. We enjoyed our time there and hope to visit again in future.

Naila's home is exactly as described online and is very clean. The check-in and out processes were super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and retail as well as the Eastside Beltline. It's also not too far from downtown, if you're headed to a concert or sporting event. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. Great location, spotless, well-appointed condo. Minty was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The only negatives I'd say were: - Condo was a bit tricky to find and get into, but we arrived after dark and I hadn't watched the handy check-in video that Minty sent us so thats on me. - The king bed was actually a bit uncomfortable, as it was 2 mattresses slid together. The skylight in the second bedroom was too bright for us. But overall a great stay!

The place was gorgeous and cozy. I actually felt “at home”. It’s very inviting, the plants are gorgeous, the air was crisp… 10/10 with no complaints. I will definitely be booking again.

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.
