It's 10 min from famous Fort Riley Army Post (home of the Big Red One), 15 min from Milford Lake (the largest man-made lake in KS), 20 min from Manhattan (The Little Apple) & the Kansas State University (Wildcats) campus, and 25 min from Eisenhower's boyhood home.

This charming cottage is located within a block of down town's shops and restaurants. It's on a quiet block with ample parking and big shade trees. Kansas State University, Aggieville and City Park are all close by. Experience all that Manhattan has to offer, then come back to your home away from home for a relaxing evening in an environment created just for you. This home was inspired by our honeymoon in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it!

Enjoy 100 acres of farm life by viewing the cows and our ranch operations, feed the horses, hike the hills, sit by the pond and enjoy the wildlife year round. The Konza Cabin was featured on the FYI Network series, "You Can't Turn That Into A House", 2 grain bins were made into a unique space, with glass walls connecting the grain bins - feeling one with nature.
