Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used by appointment. Extra costs are included. Only paying guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Spacious and pleasant house. Quiet neighbourhood and short walk to the city centre. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower/bath, two living rooms with TV, table tennis and toys for the kids. Trampoline in the garden and garage with bikes and outdoor toys. Spacious bedrooms, where three of the rooms have a double bed and two have 120 cm in addition there is a mattress that can be put on the floor. One bedroom also has a sofa bed. Playground nearby. 12 min walk to Sandnes city center. 18 min by car to Stavanger.

Unique tiny house with panoramic views - "Fjordbris"

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Independent Apartment in Sandnes

It is an independent apartment in basement of my house with a separate entrance and free car parking. I recently renovated apartment and installed new kitchen. It can easily accommodate 3 guests but extra mattresses can be arranged if required for additional guests. Public transport is easily available for Stavanger, Sandnes and Sola Airport. Sandnes Sentrum Station is within 10 minutes of walking. Suitable location for a trip to Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) and Kjerag and other places around.

Here you can easily get to Prekestolen, Lysebotn, Kjerag, Kongeparken and not least the beautiful sandy beaches on Jæren. The apartment is brand new. Terrace with garden furniture in the summer. We are welcoming and have a good dialogue with our guests. Located in Sandnes city center, 2 minutes walk to the railway.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. 10 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store (Coop extra Smeaheia, or REMA1000 Lurabyen) Kvadrat shopping center is also just nearby, walking distance. Approx. 15 min by car to Stavanger Forum Expo (ONS). There is also a bus close to the apartment, several of the local green buses "Kolumbus" pass by the ONS premises.
