Enjoy the main floor of a home located both 10 min from Downtown Denver and a 20 min drive to Red Rocks. Easily head to the mountains for a day trip or into the city for a night out. The kitchen is fully stocked for those looking to stay in and cook. A 5 min drive to Sloan's Lake with access to plenty of restaurants and breweries, and walking distance to Bronco stadium. Do note, the two levels of the home are separated and I occupy the basement with my dog, Rusty. Completely separate entrances.

Amazing Local neighborhood, Sloans Lake across St!

1bedroom Apartment across from Sloans Lake. Walking distance to Local Bars, Dispensaries and Food. Only 2 Miles to Downtown & the RiNo District. Centrally located for easy access I70 & 6 Ave towards the Mountains. We are family friendly & welcome any kids! We have lots of baby gear so ask first & leave your stuff at home. Grandparents love staying here when they visit their family! Relocating, ask me how to stay for free, Im a Realtor! My family lives up stairs but this is a very private space!
