Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Super lokalizacja, przy samym morzu,blisko piekarnia i restauracje, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. Spokojna okolica

Diese schöne Unterkunft war wirklich das Beste für uns. In dem Garten gab es einen kleinen Weg, der direkt zum Steinstrand geführt hat. Generell war das Anwesen so schön und idyllisch, sodass es sich wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt hat. Auf dem Balkon konnte man die Abendstunden genießen und die nassen Schwimmsachen nach einem langen Strandtag sehr gut trocknen lassen. Generell lag die Wohnung in der Nähe von lokalen Supermärkten (kleine, aber auch größere) und auch einem Nationalpark. Wir wurden super lieb begrüßt und auch über die restliche Zeit standen die Vermieter jederzeit für Fragen bereit. Sie waren super süß! Vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, als Doppelhaushälfte. Direkt am Strand, über die Straße zu erreichen. Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Badezimmer, auf jeder Etage eins. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Igor als Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

We spent four amazing days at Slavka's place. The apartment was very nice and clean, and we especially loved the terrace. Slavka is incredibly kind and always available to help. We highly recommend staying here!

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w tym miejscu! Dom położony jest bardzo blisko morza, z widokiem na przepiękne zachody słońca. Z tarasu roztaczał się malowniczy krajobraz, a wieczory spędzane w jacuzzi były idealnym sposobem na relaks. Wnętrze było czyste, zadbane i bardzo wygodne – wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było pod ręką. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły i pomocny – łatwo było się z nim skontaktować, a na dodatek otrzymaliśmy świetne rekomendacje dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i restauracji. Cisza, spokój, wygoda - idealne miejsce na wypoczynek!

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The host was welcoming us personally and told us all we needed to know. There were even drinks in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for 8 persons. If there are questions, the host is more than willing to answer and help us. The swimming pool is very clean and cool and a musthave with such pretty warm temperatures outside. We would definitely recommend this place to you! We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Świetna lokalizacja nad samą wodą. Ponadto apartament w samym centrum Starigradu, wiele restauracji w bliskiej odległości.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this peaceful, lovely apartment. Great view from the spacious balcony. Great to be able to use the paddleboard and kayak on the sea (which seemed like a lake!) We were treated to fish cooked by the hosts on their outdoor fire grill. A special evening. Good location for visiting Paklenica NP, Krka NP and Pag Island. Would recommend (if you have a car and enjoy nature).

We had a lovely weeks holiday. The view and the apartment did not disappoint. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and were able to walk down to the sea for a swim in the day (take some slip on swimming shoes) You can rent a SUP board in the village, a short walk along the shore path from the apartment. If you want to hire small motor boat then go across to Starigrad. The local village is quiet with some bars and a small shop, although 20 minutes away is a large supermarket with lots of variety. We took an early morning trip to the Plitvice Lakes which was beautiful (although it did get busy - book e- tickets in advance) This was a great place to stay with a responsive, helpful and friendly host.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.
