This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Matea. It consists of three rooms, two rooms have a double bed, and one room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room and offers access to the terrace. In the courtyard there is a 45 square meter swimming pool and a summer kitchen that can be used. Likewise, beach chairs and umbrellas are free to use. The entire property is fenced in with a fence.
