Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. The first room has a sofa - double bed (red one in pictures), the second room has a double bed and the third room has a sofa and a kitchen. The house can provide accomodation for up to 4 people.

Το σπιτι βρίσκεται σε έναν μικρό οικισμό, το Νυφι, με λιγοστά σπίτια.Ειναι στην πλάγια ενός βουνού οπότε βλέπετε βουνο κ θάλασσα ,κοντά σε πηγή με τρεχούμενο πόσιμο νερο.Ειναι διώροφη κατοικία με εσωτερική σκαλα.Δεν έχει ίντερνετ σε όλο το σπίτι όμως θα σας δώθει κωδικός σύνδεσης. Η παραλία είναι πολύ κοντά σχεδόν ιδιωτική, γτ δεν είναι ορατή από τον δρόμο.

A wonderful villa located in a quiet place. It has an independent large sized room of 24 square meters. The room is decorated based on the traditional culture of Skyros, including all the necessary room facilities such as a fridge, coffee pot, etc. Moreover, the place provides privacy and a unique beautiful yard, surrouded by aesthetic foliage plants and lawn.
