Tiny house holiday rentals in Skye

Lovely Pod to stay in for a couple of nights. The local area was great, very scenic and a good place to visit the main attractions on Skye. Anne was a great host, always available to help, all the little things were taken care of in the pod before we arrived. Quite pleased.

The place is super quiet and the view is amazing! It is not very private, since the cabin is located at the front yard of the main house, so we did not felt very comfortable keeping the curtains open all the time. Other than that, it is a walk away from a cute and nice cafe (just be aware of the opening times) and the Torrin Pools & Waterfalls, that are beautiful. The cabin is super well equipped and has everything you need for cooking a meal and resting after a day of exploring. The host was also very kind to give us some tips about the island and where to go and what to see.

Amazing stay - fab little pod with everything you need! great location - beautiful views and great sunsets from the beach just down the road. Donald and Eileen were great hosts too! Will be back again!

Blossom Folly was a quaint, quiet, wonderfully equipped house - perfect for our needs. Keith and Kati have also provided a heap of helpful maps, guides and hints for visitors to Skye. It has plenty of space, with off-street parking and a lovely, homely atmosphere.

Uno di quei posti dove vorrei rimanere una settimana. Sala comune con giochi, chitarra e una vista unica. Cucina e tavoloni con la possibilità di interagire con gli altri ospiti. Lavanderia disponibile. La ragazza si è pure offerta di metterci i vestiti lei nell’asciugatrice. Gentilissima!! A disposizione alcune spezie e altre cose che lasciano gli altri ospiti passati in precedenza. Camera carinissima. Siamo stati benissimo!!

We had a great time staying at Storr View Pods. The space is limited, but you get all the necessary equipment you might need and some amazing views as a bonus! Angus was a very kind host, greeting us in a rain and apologising for the bad weather. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lynda is een echte gastvrouw. vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een heerlijk huisje, je zit erg vrij. We hebben van het huisje maar ook van de prachtige omgeving genoten.

Fantastische Lodge in einer traumhaften Landschaft, optimal eingerichtet.

Der Aufenthalt war toll! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und die Aussicht ein Traum. Gordon hat sich erkundigt, ob wir gut angekommen sind. Wir haben Schafe, Kühe und Rehe von der Hütte aus sehen können. Einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt ist das Elgol Bistro mit tollem Essen und super nettem Personal. Es gibt auch ein Cafe. Wenn wir nach Isle of Skye zurück kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Shauna's place is incredibly amazing. It's very calm and the view is so beautiful. In the morning we saw a deer so close of the little house. We were almost able to touch it. It was so unbelievable. Shauna is such a welcoming host. She took such good care of our arrival and she explained everything about the place. She is so lovely. It felt like visiting a member of our family! We definitely recommend this place!

Such a wonderful and cozy pod! Great place to relax after a day hiking the Isle of Skye. Felt private and intimate for two. Home away from home!

We loved our stay in Anns little cozy pod. The view from the porch and the hottub is amazing. Anns place is located about 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot from the town centre, and right on the circular walk of Mallaig (and there are also hikes further into up into the highlands reachable by foot from her place). Ann was an absolutely sweet, caring and responsive host! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spot! We loved the hot tub after our hikes in the wind/rain. The view was beautiful. The apartment was cozy and clean and we were really happy with it. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

we loved the view and the quiet. Google maps are hopeless Catriona's directions are clear and accurate. The way to tame the fire alarm monster (always challenge for the toast crowd) is to open the roof vent a bit. Wish we'd booked longer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Oyster-Catcher sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön, man kann sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Die Unterkunft war auch so wie beschrieben. Der Self-Check-In hat uns auch gut gefallen, da wir somit unsere Ankunft und Abreise flexibel gestalten konnten. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great little cabin. It was very well laid out. Elizabeth included a lot of little touches and we loved all the local goodies. Beds were comfortable and the place was super clean! It was easy to find and only a short walk from the designated car park (if driving). We really enjoyed our time in Skye. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Agatha Christie said that "Everything has got its right size. When it is its right size and well run it's the tops." That quote neatly encapsulates my impression of The Moss Bothy after four blissful nights there. Compact, but right sized. Spotlessly clean. Welcoming. Great breakfast selection. Ideally located for exploring Skye irrespective of your mode of transport. And with Alana’s attentiveness and attention to detail, definitely well run. The Moss Bothy… it’s the tops.

Cosy and private chalet surrounded by beautiful vista. Spotless and clean, with an excellent kitchen and lounge, with modern bathroom. Bedroom somewhat small as the bed is against the back and side wall. Linda was a good host. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at the otter pod. The surroundings were beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The pod was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Big comfy sofa- great for two people to lie down after a day hiking! Nice and warm with heating controls and a comfy bed. Kate was very friendly and available if needed.

First of all The Cabin is immaculately presented, such a lovely place to stay. It was perfectly tidy on arrival and was well equipped with everything we could need including kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, and fresh eggs! The location is absolutely stunning, the dining table has views out of a large window across the sea. absolutely breathtaking. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful and quiet. It really was a haven. There is a decent shop 20 minutes drive away in Dunvegan and plenty of restaurants and cafes within driving distance. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough, it was amazing. There is only a single caveat which is very minor but should be mentioned for fullness of review:- The amount of hot water is slightly limited which makes washing up slow and means that although the shower is hot, it is not very powerful which can be a problem for people with more/thicker hair. These factors are for environmental reasons which is completely understandable.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The views from the hut are beautiful - photos don’t do it justice! Maggi is the most attentive air bnb host I’ve ever encountered: she was beyond accommodating and helped me rewrite my itinerary when I had to adapt it due to the weather. You can tell she cares about ensuring visitors have an amazing time. I can’t wait to visit again!
