Thanks for a great stay, Steve. The is very well kept with everything you could need. great location too. So much with in walking distance. I particularly liked the trail.

Karen and Peter were the most amazing hosts. From the moment we arrived until the time we packed up to leave, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful recommendations and always being available if we had any questions. Their home was perfect for our stay as it was cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or a more comfortable place to stay. If you're looking for a welcoming and well-equipped home with exceptional hospitality, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

This is a most comfortable bnb. Lovely bath and rain shower . The walks around the nearby golf course are easy and pretty. Gwen and Glen are sociable and obliging .

We really enjoyed it - great location between the two venues we were playing at. V peaceful - we enjoyed walking around and meeting the chickens and cows. Melissa and her family were lovely. We were v greatful that Melissa allowed us to have a mid - arvo checkout as we had to be at a venue v early and packing up to leave before we went there would have been tricky!! The accommodation was lovely with v comfortable beds and we took full advantage of the washing line!! Property is “semi-rural” but is within easy driving distance of shopping centres and some v good restaurants. We also went to Frankston Beach and to the McClelland Sculpture Park, both of which we thoroughly recommend. The Sculpture Park has a gallery which currently has an exhibition by an Aboriginal artist called Teho Ropeyarn - his work is stunning. All in all we had a very fun visit - many thanks to our lovely host.
