Sandsgata 36 is located a little rural and quiet to in 10 minutes walk from the city center in Skudeneshavn. Suitable for families as there is plenty of outdoor space for various activities. There is a short distance to the city center with shops and cafes, to the city beach, hiking areas and fishing opportunities Here, both small and large can relax in peaceful surroundings.

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.

Apartment located on the ground floor in a newer residence with a view to the ocean. Best suited for 2 persons. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.
