The area offers everything from leisurely walks to fantastic mountain hikes with panoramic views. In winter, you can head straight out onto miles of groomed cross-country ski trails through an enchanting landscape. Perfect for memorable days and a place where you can unwind and recharge. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.
