There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Next to the accommodation is a lookout with benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Falkenberg's largest and finest beach, Skrea Strand, is 8 minutes away by car, about 15 minutes by bike. The Ätran River and Vallarna with nice green areas and walking paths 10 min walk away.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as a plot boundary. There is a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only a single bed in the bedroom upstairs. NEW 2024! Two Standup padel! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for lending! Bikes are included and there are various walking paths nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.
