Cozy cottage on Skrea beach with its own fenced in less plot. The cottage is 38 m2 and is located in a quiet private cottage area 400 meters from the sea. Close to most things on Skrea beach. Renovated 2022 with new bathroom and 2024 with new well equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. WiFi, TV and Apple TV in the cabin. Patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Parking space included. Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Two double bedrooms and bunk bed + 1 sofa bed with two sleeping places. Child-friendly accommodation.

Our guest cottage with its own entrance from the street, and its own secluded patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 min to restaurants and bars in the center and 10-15 min to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Welcome to our lovely home on Skrea beach in Falkenberg. The house is 60 square meters with open plan for kitchen and living areas. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is reached where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes walk away. The house has wireless wifi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For electric car there is also a charging box.

In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. The location is phenomenal and you don't get any closer to the beach. Start the day in a bathrobe with a dip in the sea or a walk on the beach, while the coffee maker prepares the morning coffee, which is then enjoyed on the balcony with freshly baked rolls from Peter's patisserie. After a day at the beach, you light the grill on the cozy terrace. If you want to visit one of the many nearby restaurants, it doesn't take many minutes to walk.
