Perfect location for travelers by train as it is about 200 meters to the train station, 8 minutes to downtown Skövde, several trains per hour from early morning to late evening There is a grocery store diagonally across the street and a pizzeria/restaurant 150 meters from the house. This is an apartment of 2 rooms and kitchen, 85m2 in a privately-owned villa, there is a double bed + single bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the TV room that is 140cm wide when extended In the new kitchen, there is most of what is needed, it is a table with 5 chairs and a 3 seats, also a TV in the kitchen.

Enjoying an elegant experience at this centrally located home. Three rooms be of two bedrooms with bathrooms in between. The kitchen is connected to the living room and creates social interaction between the surfaces. The apartment is furnished with 4 x 90cm beds that can easily be pulled apart. There is a full kitchen with dining area. There is plenty of storage in each room. The apt is located on the second floor. Elevator is available. The apartment is located directly over a restaurant/ nightclub which means loud noises during the opening hours.

Furnished room on the basement level with a 180 bed, fridge and freezer, wardrobe, desk and access to private toilet/shower. Private entrance. Laundry room is offered for stays over 5 nights. 5-10 minute walk to the city center, Skaraborgs regiment and travel center. Bed linen, towels, dishes/cutlery and coffee are available. The guest removes linens and puts them together with used towels in a laundry basket + disposes of garbage and dishes upon departure. Please note that there is no kitchen fan = no frying

Cozy apartment located only 10-15 minutes walk into the city center and train station. Only a few minutes to the college and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment has low ceilings, not recommended for those who are longer than 1.85. The apartment is prepared so that you as a tenant should have as simplified stay as possible. Coffee, tea, bass spices and oils is in the kitchen.

You live centrally but quietly, with green space and playground in the back. The house has a cuddly house cat. Walking distance of only 500 meters to the university and 650 meters to the city center and to the travel center where there is also a bus to Skara Sommarland in the summer and to the ski slope (Billingebacken) in the winter.
