Local regular boat with possibility for island hopping (free!), ferry to Strømstad, several beaches and great hiking trails. Possibility to rent dinghy/boat by appointment

We rent out our annex to quiet people who want to visit Skjærhalden, with its charm and beautiful natural surroundings. With proximity to the sea and Skjærhalden's facilities, you can enjoy Hvaler in all its splendor and charm. The proximity to the Skjærhalden town square means that you can stroll down to the hustle and bustle now that the seaside season is starting again for Easter. The annex is located on a residential plot, with its own patio and barbecue/outdoor furniture. Suitable for quiet people; no smoking or parties.

Experience a unique cottage plot of over 1300 sqm on Hvaler. Enjoy the sun right by the water, whether you want to sit on the terrace, the jetty or the beach. Play volleyball on your own beach, eat out in one of the dining areas, read a book on the jetty or jump from the diving tower and swim a lap. Relax with family or friends at this wonderful cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cabin + annex. Amazing view! The wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy is a 15-minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden. The cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, about a 20-minute walk away, which offers a fantastic view of the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sunlight from morning to evening. In the cabin, there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex, there are 4-6 beds.

Large living room with open-plan kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. There is no running water at the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled by rain. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sandpit, private tree house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bed linen/towels.

The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.
