Welcome to a spacious, self-contained two-storey apartment, perfect for families or small groups. Check-in using a key box and private parking. Three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a cosy living room on the second floor. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, with access to a private garden offering beautiful views – perfect for quiet mornings and long summer evenings. Just 100 metres to hiking trails, the lake, swimming and fishing spots, as well as a football and volleyball court nearby.

Local regular boat with possibility for island hopping (free!), ferry to Strømstad, several beaches and great hiking trails. Possibility to rent dinghy/boat by appointment

Relax with family or friends at this wonderful cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cabin + annex. Amazing view! The wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy is a 15-minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden. The cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, about a 20-minute walk away, which offers a fantastic view of the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sunlight from morning to evening. In the cabin, there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex, there are 4-6 beds.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

Holiday apartment by the lake, Hvaler

From this apartment centrally located on Hvaler, you have immediate proximity to the lake and great archipelago nature. At the marina there are guest places for boats for a fee (guests must check for availability) This is an excellent starting point for paddling, surfing or other water sports activities. Ytre Hvaler National Park, with great hiking areas and coastal trails, is about 1 km away. There is also a small sandy beach 100 m from the house. There is a kiosk, restaurant and marina in the area.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Short walking distance to a small private sandy beach and lake house with jetty about 70 meters away. Enjoy your morning coffee by the lake, or have breakfast in the yard surrounded by green surroundings.

Vi leier ut annekset vårt til rolige mennesker som vil besøke Skjærhalden med sin sjarm og flotte natur. Med nærhet til sjøen og Skjærhaldens fasiliteter kan man fint oppleve Hvaler med all sin prakt og sjarm. Nærhet til torget på Skjærhalden gjør at man kan tusle ned til liv og røre nå når sesongen ute ved havet starter igjen til påske. Annekset ligger på et boligtun, med tilhørende uteplass og grill/utemøblement. Passer til rolige folk, ikke røyk eller fest.
