Beautiful and well maintained property. Room was on the older side, but clean and comfortable.

A very peaceful and private place all within a 10 minute drive of restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed for three weeks while on the road for work and it was nice to have a quiet place to drive to after work and relax before bedtime. The house had plenty of room and came with a full kitchen, a large bathroom with double sinks and laundry. Also, the house was stocked with amenities and toiletries, which is a bonus when traveling. Stew was a commutative host, via messaging and although I had doubts about staying at a place where the owner is staying at the separate main house on the property, I never felt like he was checking up on us...The last thing I want after working 80-hour work weeks is feeling obligated to talk to the host. Another bonus for me after growing up on a farm in Wisconsin, is having chickens running around while watching them on the wraparound porch. I never saw the potbelly pigs, but I'm definitely going to look up this place again next Spring, so maybe then...

Great location if you have family or business in the Royersford or Phoenixville areas. Elissa is super communicative and makes everything easy for you. Loads of natural light, excellent-functioning AC during minor heat wave in June, great water temps and pressure, friendly neighbors, and lovely decor in bedroom/sitting room. Fairly priced, too!

Charming, clean and comfortable! Really a lovely loft and so handy to the piano bar. Loved the outdoor space just as much as the inside!
