The main street and the port of Skiathos is less than 5 minutes on foot. Traditional tavernas, trattorias are located next to the house! The house is appropriate for people who don't want to use vehicle on their holidays because the house is located in the heart of the island!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Skiathos and is just above the port. The room has a private bathroom, a small balcony, A/C, TV, refrigerator, blow dryer, iron, also linen & towels are provided. It is also very close to main touristic spots, the bus station, super markets, restaurants and clubs. Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!
