Its unique feature is the big venanda with perfect view to the sea at the entrance of skiathos port and beond . Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island.
