Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και την αφετηρία των λεωφορείων του νησιού και 1,5χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο. Η οδός Παπαδιαμάντη με τα τουριστικά μαγαζιά τις καφετέριες και τα μπαράκια είναι μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Στην περιοχή γύρω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης.
