Holiday rentals with beach access in Skiathos

Great apartment, with a fantastic location right by the sea, close to restaurants but also really peaceful, and lovely to be able to walk to a beach. Yanna was flexible about timings and great communication throughout. Very recommended.

Stathis accommodated us after our flights got rescheduled due to Greek transport strikes. He and his partner were very friendly and hosted us right from the airport arrival to us leaving. The apartment had scenic views of the sea and islands. Skiathos has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets for all types of food options. I would recommend Stathis holiday flats to everyone.

Loved this stay! A perfect location that’s walkable to everything within Skopelos Town, but also in its own quiet and peaceful area. Everything went smooth from check-in to checkout. Rigina communicated very well and was quick to respond with any questions we had or things we needed. If you’re staying in Skopelos, this is the perfect place!

Great apartment, in a convenient location, close to the port and the main attractions of Skopelos. The cleanest airbnb we ever visited, with close attention on each little detail . Giannis and Ildi are doing a fantastic job.

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

The perfect place to stay!! Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to walk. The views across the harbour looking back at town were spectacular even at night. Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Thank you Magdalini, Christina and Yiannis for this experience.

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

the property is located in a wonderful location in the center of Skopelos, it is quiet here and at the same time it is only a short distance from all the bars, cafes and restaurants... great terrace for sitting in the evening, the whole property is well and tastefully equipped, we are completely satisfied👍... Manolis is incredibly nice guy and provided everything we needed immediately. Everything at a very professional level. This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

We visited Greek in the last days of August and stayed at Dimitris and Fryni's accommodation. The house is easily accessible, with a beautiful view from the balcony and a cozy garden for relaxing in the morning or afternoon hours but also for children to play. All spaces were spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped and comfortable. A unique surprise is the French pool table in the space and the toys for the kids. A beautiful renovated house that I highly recommend to those who are thinking about visiting the area. Outside the house there is a private space for parking. The beaches in the areas are all beautiful. Of course I can't help but serve the children. The communication with them was direct and friendly. The kids were very helpful and willing to help us and let us know about any questions. From the bottom of our hearts, a big thank you from us Dimitris and Fryni for your impeccable hospitality!!!! ♥️

A super stay at Magic View. The host was really accommodating to take my suitcase early on my arrival day and kept it late on my departure day, which helped me to make the most of my time in the sublimely gorgeous Patitiri. The space itself was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The setting with a view over the port is special indeed. Very highly recommended!!

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Stunning little balcony with sea view in a quiet little corner. The host had recommended the right restaurants next door. Beach accessible by a small path 5’away and at the return alfresco shower at the bottom of the house. So cool!

Amazing view from the apartment, which is in the front row of the bay with a nice beach and some restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and gave us a ride to the port. Excellent room service. I would definitivly come back and recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Milly’s house as a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is as described, clean, large and very well equipped. Considering it’s based on a busy road, it is very quiet and peaceful. Spyridoula is a great host, very friendly and responsive and accommodated us with extra requirements immediately. Skiathos is a fantastic, beautiful island and we’d love to stay again at Milly’s House hosted by Spyridoula. One thing to note is the wifi in the house is patchy, so ensure you have extra data.

The location f clean, close to the port , accessible on foot , quiet , you had easy access to restaurants , cafes , shopping . super kind host, gave me some great recommendations, even booking for a trip with the family . Recommended 100%

Nice apartment. It is exactly what you expect from the photos (well, the room is always a little smaller than the photos, it is something common). It was clean and had everything I needed. The host was very helpful and polite and answered directly to every question I had. The only disadvantage is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so it is not so easy to carry your luggage upstairs.

Lovely simple apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Beautifully clean. Incredible views. Very steep walk up which we loved! Machi was always around, super friendly, attentive and helpful. Cant wait to come back 😀
