Accommodation is available all year round. The apartment has a kitchen with a dining area connected to the living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Of course there is a covered terrace with a seating area,private parking space and wifi connection. Great atmosphere is created by the fireplace, which is located in the living area.

New luxury duplex apartment 12 with new large terrace, view of Olomouc and massage bath. The apartment is located a short distance from the centre .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a massage bathtub, a living room with a kitchen . On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without a lift.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
