The location of the Naturpark Chalets Lambrecht couldn't be much better. Winter sports enthusiasts enjoy the benefits of the perfect location directly on the ski slope, just a few steps away from the valley station of the ski area. The 10-seater gondola takes you from the “Pabstin” valley station directly to the Grebenzenhaus. Ski tours and cross-country ski trails also start right outside your vacation home. In summer on the other han there are numerous hiking trails around the local mountain.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

This house with ~ 270m ² living space is furnished in the style of the 70s and comfortable. The ground floor is divided into kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and pantry. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each with their own shower + WC, 3 of them with a balcony and TV. In the attic is a spacious studio apartment as can be seen on the photos. Relaxation zone on our own fish ponds incl. Barbecue area.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.
