Distance to a small grocery store is 3.5 km. The cottage is on the same property as the owners' house.

Hi, we're a family renting out a tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. From the fishermen in the harbor, you can buy fresh and processed fish. If you prefer really lazy days, there is a well-known restaurant right next door, open daily during June-August.

In our simple guest house, there is most of what you need, washing machine, kitchen, internet and TV. In addition to these amenities, you wake up to the view of Holmsjön about a mile outside Umeå.
