Holiday rentals with a patio in Skelmersdale

We chose this apartment based on its proximity to the start of the Manchester marathon - it was great to be able to avoid the trams that morning. Having said that, at other times, having a tram stop so close meant that it was very easy to get to the city centre. Media City, with plenty of restaurants, cinema, theatre is also easily walkable. Communication with Daryl was great - he was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. We thought there was an issue with the hot water while we were there but we had a quick response to our message about this, quickly explaining the issue. I was slightly worried that the process for collecting the key seemed a bit complicated but actually Daryl’s instructions and photos meant that it was straightforward. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was great to have two en-suite bedrooms. Overall we were very happy with our stay here

We had a wonderful stay at Sian’s luxurious annexe. It’s a 15 minute walk to Lark Lane which has fantastic brunch spots, cafes, and shopping. Sian is a lovely and very accommodating host, and the space was super comfortable and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Liverpool!

We only stayed at Carolain's place for 1 night but found it to be a great apartment. Perfect location to the Aviva Centre, and very responsive hosts.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

A fantastic modern apartment just off Deansgate so an ideal spot if you like shopping and sampling amazing restaurants and bars. The apartment was beautiful with the added bonus of a little rooftop garden. Kitchen was fantastic and both bedrooms were luxurious with en-suite bathrooms. I will stay here when I’m next visiting but in the meantime I would highly recommend.

Stayed at Helen's place due to working locally for a few days. Helen was very friendly and helpful welcoming. The place was great. Had everything I needed and felt very homely. Location was perfect for me as it was only a few minutes from where I was working. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Absolute gem of a place to stay ... everything was amazing from start to finish. Our 5 nights went far too quickly so much more to explore! great location beautiful place and fantastic hosts!

Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Great place! House was very nice and spacious.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

We had a fabulous stay here - perfect location for getting in and out of town, and plenty of local amenities. The host met us at the property and showed us round the home which was a big help, and they had also left some bread and milk. They had kindly left some sweeties and colouring in for the kids too! The house is beautiful and beds very comfortable. We would definitely use this Airbnb again when we come back!

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

Great location shops bars and restaurants easy to walk to great variety, good for golf courses nearby. Kenny was on hand to pass on recommendations very helpful

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Alicia's. The location is ideal, slap bang in the middle of the Northern Quarter - perfect if you're in the city for socialising. The apartment was really cool with lovely decor - brand new kitchen and bathrooms really tastefully done. Host was super responsive and friendly. Only thing which could have been better is a few more basic amenities like extra toilet roll, but really I can't fault it! Advice to other guests when trying to check in - the door gate isn't locked it's just very stiff so you just need to give it a good strong pull!

such a gorgeous location, expansive views over the beach and water over to Hilbre Island. Apartment large, bright and spacious, spotless clean and well equipped. Perfect spot for my husband, son and his wife. Immediately response from host when I couldn't figure out how to turn on hotwater. up and running with their help in 5 minutes. would definitely return to this place agsin

A lovely, quirky little place, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away from home, and within easy walking distance of everything Didsbury has to offer. Rob checked in with us regularly to make sure we'd arrived OK and we had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

second stay here - flat is still as great as it was two years ago. Spotlessly clean, smart decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, decent shower. lots of thoughtful touches e.g. sockets by beds, effective blinds in bedrooms, cereals and long life milk, tea and coffee, cupboard of essentials to buy at uncheeky prices if you have forgotten anything. responsive and friendly host. on a quiet street very well situated for the Winter Gardens.
