Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach that is 100 meters away is a favorite place. Possibility for the children to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car chargers

Cosy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and a garden with garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boat house is best suited for two people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Motor can be rented for an additional fee. It is only a short walk to Skarestrand, and many nice hiking areas around us.
