The house is surrounded by a 165 m2 raised terrace and is located 30 metres from Mossø in the second row, where you can hear the waves crashing against the shore. From the terrace, you can often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, finches and other small birds. There is a common seafloor directly belonging to Mossø, measuring 1500 m2 and with a 50-metre sandy foreshore. Here you can put your small boat, canoe, kayak, etc., and the fishing opportunities are really good.

The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Small cozy apartment with private entrance located on the lower floor of a lovely summerhouse in the 1st row to Mossø. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and all the facilities for basic cooking, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. There is a covered terrace and from nature/peculiar access to the lake by stairs.
