Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

View of the fjord and archipelago both from the cabin and on the terraces. Large plot and private jetty and swimming platform below the cabin. 2 sit-on-top kayaks for free use in June-August. Boat w/outboard motor may be rented.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Eller ta en tur i dyreparken, kanonmuseet, Kilden osv. Godt utstyrt fritidsbolig med bla vaskemaskin, tørketrommel osv. Alle fasiliteter inkludert internett. 10 km til Kristiansand sentrum og 20 km til Dyreparken. Leietaker rydder og vasker selv etter seg. Utvask kan bestilles mot betaling.

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private front door. Perfectly suited to a couple or small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the dorm. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.
