The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings. The house is a great base to explore the wonderful Gems that Co.Kerry has to offer. The house is a 10 min drive from Killorglin, 20 mins from Killarney and 1 hour drive from Dingle & Kenmare.

This rural farmhouse in Carrownagry 3km from the small town of Mullagh was built in 1935, restored and renovated by the original owner's grandson in 2022. It is located in the beautiful countryside of West Clare. Relax in the Kerry countryside in a home from home setting. There are three large double bedrooms, x1ensuite. There is plenty of space around the house with a large garden and garden furniture if you wish to eat outside. The sun room is our favourite spot in the house to read or just watch the fabulous sun sets as the house is west facing. The kitchen and utility room have mod cons. There is an office/play room stocked with books, games, jigsaws and a desk.

Ideal peaceful location for a relaxing break away. 15 mins from Tralee town, 15 mins to Banna beach, 10 mins to Ballybunion beach and 10 mins to Listowel town. We have 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other a bunk bed. Toilet and electric shower, solid fuel stove for indoor fire and oil central heating.
