Beachfront holiday rental in Siviri Beach

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

Beautiful location with an almost private beach as soon as you conquer the descent The water here is the same colour as we have only found in 'the Caribbean' Apartment is spacious, very clean and everything is present Toilet is on the small side Host is extremely friendly and helpful, if there was anything there was quick response and a solution Apartment is on a busy thoroughfare, but Afytos is within walking distance Moreover, taxis are coming and going ;-) This is perhaps the most beautiful place on Kassandra

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

Very nice place to spend a holiday with children. House right above the beach with a playground and a very big green garden. Spyros is very communicative and helpful host. I hope we will come back here someday :)

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Quiet and peaceful location 5-6 minutes from the beach of Siviri. Stefanos was very helpful and responded quickly. The place was clean and tidy and had all the amenities listed. A few not so substantial remarks - bloated and non humidity door to one bathroom, lack of even small amounts of spices.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

We booked Irini's house in the absolute low season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool is perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the cats of the neighbors. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster and the goat herder runs past the garden. But you definitely need a car, just to visit the many beaches alone. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to go to the Mpogiata restaurant here! On the beach of Pefkohori between pier and water sports Pefkohori there was also a few bars open. The Whitebeach with us in the village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season we would come back one hundred percent.

We have spend one marvelous week in this nice house where the sun kisses its garden every day. The close vicinity to the beach makes you feel part of the nature. It’s especially good for kids, you have peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with all you need for daily routines. And the special added value comes with the owners who live in the next garden. They are extremelly friendly, supportive and you can communicate with them in perfect English. They prepared for us an amazing grilled fish and paputsaki, we felt really like being with old friends. We can highly recommend this so beautiful and romantic place to all of you.

Hosts welcomed us into apartment. Everything was very clean. They provided coffee, fresh fruit, wine and much more so everything felt ready and welcoming. They provided us with a baby coat, even one was not listed in amenities. Apartment is as described in pictures. Big, spacious with everything you might need ready for use as soon as you step in ie capsules for dish washer were provided. They provided us a Netflix account. It was an awesome and comfortable place.

We spent 10 days in Georgios house in off season. It was the perfect stay for us, truly everything we looked for. It was private, quiet and has a marvelous sea and sunset view. Everything in the house is new, clean and modern and we didn’t miss a single thing. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks at the beach as it’s easily reachable by foot. Georgios and his mom are very lovely people and the communication was fast and kind. Absolutely recommended.

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

Indeed this is the perfect summer house! We have had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, has all necessary amenities and is 5 minutes walk away from Siviri beach, Beach Bars and Restaurants. Very important also for the hot greek summer is that the house is airy and we even did not have to use air conditioning. Theodosios and his family have welcomed us with open arms and great hospitality. We will definitely come back!
