My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

The house is located in the settlement of Ormos Panagia, 2 minutes by car from the beach of Trani Ammoudas. The picturesque harbor of Ormos Panagias is just 300 meters and the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos is a 5 minute drive by car. It consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a kitchenette with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hair dryer, WiFi, 32" TV, WC, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony, garden. There is a pet fee.

It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.
