Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

We have fulfilled a dream and created a vacation home with a lot of love and completely according to our ideas. A new house in the typical style of the Istria region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your exclusive use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with a grill. Note: The pool can be heated from April to October.
