Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Šišan

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few metres to the first "beach", and some more beautiful bays are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately broken - but a replacement would have been arranged if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at another time of the year😊

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

the house is just wonderful, everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colours - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

House Gortan was an excelent choice for us. We travelled as a family with a dog and were very satisfied. The house’s location was perfect for us, as we like to visit different beaches and also do some trekking, so we didn’t have to drive too much as there is a lot to do nearby. There are no restaurants in Marcana, but Luiza recommended a lot of good restaurants that were all like 10 minutes drive. The house itself was surprising: very good maintained, spotless clean, and completely equipped. It was the first time I traveled to an Airbnb and didn’t miss my kitchen, really great. Thank you Luiza for all the tips. It was a pleasure staying in your house.

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. Your AirBnB is super clean and the interior fits the house perfectly. My girlfriend and I were very happy that we choose your house for our late summer vacation in the beautiful region of Istria. Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.
