Rahul's place is a nice about 500 sq ft one bed, hall. bath, kitchen flat, good enough for two or max three people. The best part of this property is the value Rahul leaves to the guest for the price he asks. The flat is reasonably new, with the interior decently made and with a neat and clean toilet. The bed room is fitted with a very efficient air conditioner. Remember, this is not a place where we get 5 star facilities and pay a 5 star price. This is a place where we get a 2 or 3 star facility for a 1 star price. A couple or a family of three can comfortably live here and can cook their own food, should they desire. The property is located about 2 to 3 KMs interior to the famous OMR in Chennai and that last 2 to 3 KMs is a motorable road but a bit congested during peak hours and parts of the road are narrow like about 15-20 feet width. Blindly select this property should you expect only personal visitors. Think over if you expect official visitors.

This is our second time touring Chennai, and we have booked Mr. Suresh's Condo primarily for its location being very near to Dakshin Chitra, and also at a manageable distance to mahabalipuram, both of which we have missed on our earlier visit. Our stay was short (2 nights), but pleasant and a memorable one. (There's lots to do around, and I wished I could extend my stay for another day, but that would've affected our return!) Mr Suresh, the host was very responsive to our needs (allowed us an early check-in), and was always prompt, despite the irregular times I have messaged him. I heartily recommend the place as a transit stop for a small family planning a trip to mahabalipuram from Chennai. If your kid is anything like my nephew, he's going to live the bunk bed!
