A lakás a parthoz rendkívül közel, mégis csendes helyen található, alapterülete 60 négyzetméter, két hálószobával, nappalival, saját fürdővel, wc-vel és felszerelt konyhával. Az apartmanhoz saját erkély, a házhoz hatalmas wellness részleg és kert is tartozik. A parkolás az utcán könnyen én ingyenesen megoldható, a kulcsok átvétele teljesen rugalmasan, egy kulcsboxból történik.
