The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The fishing pier is about 7 m x 3 m, shared with the neighboring house. Lake Balaton is a 10-minute walk, 3 minutes by car. The shore is closed with a gate, as the pool can be closed to be completely safe for children. Barbecue, cauldron and covered terrace provide complete comfort. The whole family will feel good in this peaceful place.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
