Very spacious and well-kept home in which you can all sit and play and with space to isolate yourself for a while. Cozy courtyard. Spacious kitchen with everything you could need. Wonderfully quiet area with many hiking and cycling routes.

What an absolutely amazing place. The photos really don't do it justice. It's close to the busy centre. Very reasonable price when there are a few of you. Very much recommended.

The only word to describe this place is idyllic. So beautiful and peaceful. Chantal and franchise could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Very complete and spacious holiday home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is provided, including nice little details such as coffee pods in the kitchen or cotton swabs in the bathroom. Its location close to Ruisbroek station makes it an ideal base for a visit to Brussels. You can quickly reach the green outskirts of Brussels by car or bicycle.

Perfect place for our needs. Mirella and Antonio are very friendly. The accommodation is as described and very clean. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. There is a tennis club just opposite, where you can go for a drink, a light meal. Very quiet area, we went to Brussels by train, the train station is close by. Otherwise, we travelled by car. Thank you for everything.

We stayed as a group of 8 friends in Matthieus and Helenes beautiful home and really enjoyed our time in this quiet and grounding neighborhood. There was everything we could wish for an Matthieu was very helpful with all our questions and responded very quickly to messages. One of our highlights was coming down in the morning to classical music playing in the kitchen and enjoying the view into the green surrounding. Thank you so much Matthieu and Helene, that you share your precious home with guests. We will keep this weekend in very good memory and treasure this stay :)

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

We loved staying at Maria's place! The location is wonderful, right near Flagey but on a quiet street. The home is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable, amazing bathroom, and beautiful artwork to explore. And Maria was great at giving us tips on what to see. Would love to stay at Maria's again for our next visit!

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation, very flexible for arrival time. Parking offered privately 3 minutes from the accommodation, as everything was occupied directly in the street. Gladly again

This place was an absolute gem of a find, seriously book it!! What a gorgeous studio & host, we had the most amazing time, Lou was very accommodating to us. Arrived early in the day & without hesitating met us hours before the scheduled check in so we could drop our luggage & collect the keys - This was so helpful to us. Lou was warm, friendly & simply a delight - Took the time to go through recommendations of the area (& further afield as well), there's seriously so many good things we could say about her but unfortunately there is a character limit. The studio has everything that you could need at such an affordable price, Lou provided sleep masks (although we didn't use them), elssential toiletries & a fan which was great on the warmer days. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods/sachets and some little treats which we enjoyed. Bed/pillows were super comfy, the view of the skyline is absolutely stunning, location is very confinientfor all the main attractions, train station/metro

Raphaël's place is absolutely phenomenal especially for the price. it responds quickly and with respect and clarity. a box with all the necessities is available at check-in, which is not negligible. the apartment is very well located in a quiet and convenient area for shopping, also there are plenty of art nouveau buildings! In the apartment there is everything you need and Renaud has always been attentive to any need. The hypercentre ("pentagon") is about fifteen minutes' walk, we hardly needed public transport. Highly recommended!

My stay at Vincent’s apartment was amazing. The apartment itself is very large, the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. It was cleaned very well and had all the amenities listed in the description. The best thing about my stay was the location. The apartment is centrally located in Brussels, just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and Central station. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to explore downtown Brussels!

It is a great place to stay.

From the beginning, I highlight the huge personal service that Aitor gave me by accepting that a package intended for me will be delivered to me. He made it with good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to get into the home but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person who is sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well equipped kitchen. Soap washer. I recommend it without hesitating and a big thank you Aitor!
