Instructions de check-in et check-out claires et centre-ville facilement accessible en transports en communs. L’hôte a répondu immédiatement lorsque nous avons eu un problème dû au nettoyage du logement avant le check-in (qui n’avait pas été fait suite à une mauvaise date communiquée à la personne s’occupant du ménage). Le ménage a effectivement pu être effectué dans l’heure suivante! Le logement était très confortable et contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus!

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

The place was cozy. The city centre is not too far, moreover, public transport is close, so everything is easy to reach.

Cecil’s husband was very kind. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It contained everything we needed. It is near to an underground station and to plenty of buses so it is easy to reach the city centre and the atomium. The district is multicultural with an amazing variety of shops and restaurants of different nationalities.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement pendant 4 jours sur Bruxelles. Tout était parfait ! Le logement est conforma aux photos, tout est propre rien à redire ! La terrasse est super pour profiter du soleil ☀️ Nous recommandons vivement et espérons revenir bientôt 🙂

Nous avons été très bien accueilli ! Valiollah nous a laissé sa place devant son garage ! Le logement était conforme à la description. Gros point positif le JARDIN ! Il était magnifique et très apaisant. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Pascal war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles wurde uns gezeigt. Das Zimmer hatte Alles, was wir brauchten! Die Lage war prima, um die ING ARENA zu erreichen. Auch in die Innenstadt sind wir problemlos gekommen. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Logement très agréable, spacieux et aménagé avec goût ! 20 minutes en tramway du centre de Bruxelles ! Quentin est reactif, disponible et accueilant !

L'appartement de Mireille est spacieux, lumineux et très bien organisé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, là où il faut. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de plantes qui offrent leurs sérénité a cet endroit paisible. La proximité avec la basilique de Kokelberg donne la possibilité d'une agréable balade. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

The apartment is gorgeous (really high ceilings) and the location is very central to most things a visitor might want to do. The listing was exactly as described and Charlotte was super helpful and kind! Tiny FYIs that did not affect our sincere enjoyment of the apt: it's a few flights of stairs up, the doors are kinda tricky if you're not used to the key style, the dryer leaves your clothes a bit wet if you don't run it twice. The fact that these non-issues are the only flags is your sign to definitely book :) Recommended!!

We loved staying at Maria's place! The location is wonderful, right near Flagey but on a quiet street. The home is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable, amazing bathroom, and beautiful artwork to explore. And Maria was great at giving us tips on what to see. Would love to stay at Maria's again for our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Excellent séjour chez Thomas. L’appartement est bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité, dans un quartier sympa, proche de la gare du midi à pied. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements. Il est cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale à la cour dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour. Enfin, Thomas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif qui nous est venu nous accueillir en personne. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et n’hésiterai à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
