In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Cozy house from the beginning of the 20th century in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on cliffs or beach. Medium standard and there is everything you need. To Herräng it is 6 km away and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, systembolag, etc., it is 16 km. The house is located in an area between nature reserve so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. A little inside and out games are available as well as trampoline.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

The house rules are not for events and parties but to enjoy the nice Grisslehamn and the tranquility of the environment. You're supposed to be 30 years old and no smoking indoors. Near you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the range of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
